# Settings: Profile, MFA, and Admin Controls

> Manage your profile, configure two-factor authentication, and—if you hold a Manager, Admin, or Owner role—access organization-wide admin controls.

## Default Dashboards

The **Dashboards** tab is visible to **Admin** and **Owner** roles. It lets you set the starting [dashboard](/dashboard/overview) each role sees — the board a user gets before they customize their own, and the board every new hire in that role opens to.

<Note>

  </Step>

  <Step title="Arrange the board">
    Add, remove, resize, reorder, and configure widgets exactly as you would on your own dashboard. Only widgets that role is allowed to see are available. Click **Add widget** to open the catalog.

  <Step title="Publish">
    Click **Publish** to make this the default board for everyone in that role.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  The charts in the editor preview against your own data. Row widgets like the schedule, your tasks, and recent clients show empty here — they fill in with each user's own data once the published board loads for them.
