The Clients section gives you a full view of everyone your agency serves. From here you can search for a specific person, filter by program or enrollment status, and open any client record with a single click. Every client in BridgePoint carries a unique BridgePoint ID (BP-ID) that stays with them for the life of their record. Select Clients in the left sidebar. The page loads with your most recently added clients at the top, up to 200 records at a time.

The Client List

Each row in the client list shows the following columns: Click anywhere on a row to open that client’s profile page.
The list defaults to showing the 200 most recently added clients. Use the search and filter tools to narrow results when your client base grows beyond that.

Searching and Filtering

The filter bar sits above the client table with the search box and each filter laid out side by side.

Search by name, phone, or BP-ID

Type in the search box (labeled Name, phone, BP ID…) to run a live search across full names, mobile phone numbers, and BP-IDs. Results update automatically as you type.

Filter by program

Open the Program dropdown and check one or more programs — Medicaid, SNAP, TCA, or ACA — to show only clients enrolled in those programs.

Filter by status

Open the Status dropdown and select one or more enrollment statuses: Approved, Pending, Denied, Not Eligible, or Medically Needy.

Filter by language

When your client list includes multiple language preferences, a Language dropdown appears. Select one or more languages to filter to clients who share that preference.

Filter by date added

Use the Created dropdown to scope the list to clients added Today, This Week, This Month, or in the Last 30 Days.
Your program, status, language, and date filters are remembered the next time you open the Clients page. The search box is intentionally not saved, so a client name never lingers on a shared workstation.
