Navigating to Clients
Select Clients in the left sidebar. The page loads with your most recently added clients at the top, up to 200 records at a time. The Client List
Each row in the client list shows the following columns:| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Client ID | The unique BP-ID (e.g., BP-00123), formatted in monospace and linked to the client’s profile |
| Full Name | The client’s first and last name |
| Case Manager | The staff member currently assigned to this client |
| Phone | The client’s mobile phone number |
| Language | The client’s preferred language |
| Application Status | Color-coded badges showing each active program enrollment and its current status |
| Created | The date the client record was added |
The list defaults to showing the 200 most recently added clients. Use the search and filter tools to narrow results when your client base grows beyond that.
