Internal Forms is your organization’s shared library of internal form templates. It gives staff one place to find the forms they use day to day, kept consistent across every office in the organization. The library is scoped to your organization — everyone in the org sees the same set of forms.

Who can access it

View forms

All staff roles can open Internal Forms and use the forms in the library.

Manage forms

Adding, renaming, and removing forms is limited to Owner, Admin, and Manager roles.

Managing the library

Staff with management access can curate the library:
1

Add a form

Use Add to create a new internal form entry for the organization.
2

Rename a form

Use the rename action on a row to update a form’s name so it stays clear and findable.
Internal Forms is a staff-facing library — it is separate from the client-facing Document Center, which is how you send forms to clients to e-sign.
